Music to get you moving! This awesome CD is ideal for high energy trance dance or advanced lomi lomi and shamanic bodywork. The tracks on the first half of the CD are too fast for bodywork, but the second half is powerful and inspiring for the ancient practice of lomi lomi. As in all shamanic work, the drumming supports the mind to let go and enter deeper states of consciousness!

This was an incredibly challenging piece of music to record, over 70 tracks were "stacked like building blocks" in order to capture the wide variety of ethnic and contemporary hand drums, percussion and vocals heard here.
